All equipment sent in for repair/replacement must have an
RMA for fast processing and turnaround time. A copy of the
receipt must be included in the package for proof of purchase.

We recommend adding tracking services to your package. We
are not responsible for lost of package/s on its delivery
phase. We don't pay for shipping for equipments having to
be send in after their 30 days of purchased.
